By downloading or using the VillageBro app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About VillageBro

VillageBro is a platform that connects auto drivers and passengers in rural India. We provide a booking interface only — we are not a transport company and do not operate any vehicles.

2. Passenger Terms

• The app is free to use for passengers. No fees, no commissions.
• For Fixed Time trips, you must pay the fare directly to the driver's UPI ID before boarding. VillageBro does not handle payments.
• For Fill & Go trips, pay cash to the driver at the time of boarding.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of departure are not allowed.
• Providing false UTR numbers to claim seats without paying is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3. Driver Terms

• Drivers must pay a monthly subscription (₹99 for Standard plan) to post trips.
• Drivers must be verified before posting trips. Upload genuine documents during signup.
• Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of trip details (route, departure time, fare, seats).
• VillageBro takes zero commission on rides. All fare payments go directly to the driver.
• Drivers must comply with local auto union rules and traffic regulations.
• Misuse of the Transfer feature or fraudulent bookings will result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts or booking seats without intent to pay.
• Harassment of other users (drivers or passengers).
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Attempting to manipulate fare pricing or seat availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

VillageBro is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes between drivers and passengers regarding payment, service quality, or trip completion.
• Trip cancellations by drivers.
• Lost items or accidents during travel.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
